When you visit St Augustine Beach you're on island time. I make sure you are set up with a very comfortable, very clean and homey home base. You can trust the house will be meticulously clean, the sheets and towels are 100% cotton (and always updated), and I have very comfortable mattresses and pillows (not junk). The kitchen is fully stocked. There are 5 TV's in the house, a living room and a den (each with TV's). There's plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. This house is perfect for 4-6 people. We always host groups of 5 to 9 people comfortably. Downstairs: Master Bedroom - king bed - fits 2 people 4th bedroom - full bed. can fit 2 ppl, ideal for 1 Den with queen Sofa bed - 2 ppl Full bathroom Upstairs: 2nd bedroom - queen bed, 2ppl 3rd bedroom - queen bed, 2 ppl Living Room - queen sofa bed, 2 ppl Kitchen, dining room and full bathroom Beachgear I provide: 4 beach chairs Wagon 8 beach towels Books Our little beachside neighborhood is quaint and very beachy; super cute, and very well maintained. The pool is very clean, there's a private cabana walkway to the beach where you can have drinks. At the house you have an upper deck and lower patio with seating, perfect for sitting outside and having drinks or morning coffee.....it really is a beach paradise. I take great effort and pride in providing a great Airbnb experience, and one you can trust. Guest access The entire house is yours for your stay. You also have access to the heated community pool, which is 75 steps from our front door. Other things to note I do everything I can to ensure your stay is perfect. If you need anything I'm a text message away. While I understand you're on vacation, there is no reason to disrespect or trash my house. If you or anyone in your group can't respect me, my home and the house rules, it's best you book elsewhere. I don't need the headache and you don't either. Also, if you bring pets, you will immediately be removed from the property and not refunded. Lastly, if you bring more guests than you have registered at the time of booking, you will be charged a minimum of $45 per additional guest per night (Jan, Feb, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec), and during peak seasons, it will be $75 per guest per night (March, April, June, July, Aug).
